Effective date: May 2026 · Daybook for iOS

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app Daybook ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Daybook is

Daybook is a personal productivity tool for recording ownership splits, project agreements, and deal ledgers. It is a record-keeping aid only. Nothing in the app constitutes legal advice, a legally binding contract, or a financial instrument. Exported ledger PDFs are informal planning documents. For legally enforceable agreements, consult a qualified legal professional.

2. Licence and Apple terms

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's mandatory terms, Apple's terms take precedence.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Daybook offers free usage and optional paid Pro features, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase.

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

Prices are shown in your local App Store and may vary by region. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund process.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Daybook. We make no claim over it. Because your project data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and no ability to read, transfer, or delete it on our end.

5. Acceptable use
